Citizens of Earth places you in the shoes of the newly elected Vice President of Earth, shoes that are quickly kicked off as he decides to take a well-earned vacation directly after winning his position. The following morning however, he awakes to find the world in complete and utter chaos, and that just isn’t acceptable.

Pinball’s history precedes that of videogames, but the two mediums have often joined forces to deliver great gaming experiences over the years. You would think that with something as simple as pinball everything has already been done, but Phantom Compass are out to prove you wrong by combining pinball with RPG elements. But does this approach appeal to anyone, let alone fans of the two stand alone genres? Well, I’d have to say that it most certainly does!

There was so much FINAL FANTASY stuff at TGS 2014 that I had to make a post devoted strictly for it.
I’m not joking. There’s just that much.
Proteus is one of the few games I picked up during my Playstation Network winter sale binge. Developed by Ed Key and David Kanaga this artistic odyssey leaves the player, or viewer I should say, with more questions than answers. With a minimalistic art style sprinkled with a musical undercurrent, this journey makes you want to believe it has more to offer.
Picture your ideal high school experience; If it doesn’t involve a boatload of murder then you may want to steer clear of Hope’s Peak Academy. Such is the nature of the school that acts as the backdrop for the PlayStation Vita’s newest, and perhaps quirkiest exclusive.
I’m no expert by any means, but here’s franchises I saw represented in the trailer. JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, Dragonball Z, Toriko, One Piece, SaintSeiya, Nisekoi, To Love-Ru, Hunter X Hunter, Bleach, Kuroko’s Basketball, Naruto, D. Gray-man and that’s probably not a third of all the franchises represented.
